Civil Cases
Including, but not limited to, Independent Medical and/or Psychological Exams, Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing, Title IX, Psychic Injury, Disability, Fitness for Duty, Medical and/or Psychological Malpractice, and Political Immigration
Criminal Cases

Including, but not limited to, Child Custody, Parental Fitness, and Guardianship. Of note, multiple Lorio Forensics consultants have mental health specialized training and advanced certifications in evaluation and/or testing with children, adolescents, and families.
CLE and Trainings
We value opportunities for informational exchanges. Our clinicians have spoken at national and regional CLE trainings, offering well-received workshops and keynote addresses. We speak on a number of topics, with Vetting and Engaging Forensic Mental Health Experts; Trauma through the Lens of Race; Children’s Mental Health 101; and Attorney Mental Health and Wellbeing as just a few of the topics.
