Dr. Seyi Amosu, a Licensed Psychologist, is an Associate Consultant at Lorio Forensics. She received a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Southern Illinois University. Dr. Amosu received a Ph.D. in Southern Illinois University, where she specialized in sexual trauma, gender based violence and identity development during her generalist training. Dr. Amosu has extensive experience in her private practice in the areas of vocational therapy, youth group work, and addiction counseling.
Dr. Amosu has published academic research on the carceral system, culture, gender, and the relationship between at-risk populations and mental health services. In addition, she has served as a lecturer at Morehouse College and Southern Illinois University. Dr. Amosu has consulted with legal teams across the country on a variety of cases.
